Design Rationale
The arms are inspired from a lone white rose that grew under a great red oak at the armiger's child home estate. The green rondel representing the green fields with the blue sky (the chief) the three acorns represent not only the oak tree there but also ones duty to god, county, and self (the same duties upheld by scouts around the word, an organisation which the holder is of the rank of Eagle). The eagle crest is also an ode to the holder's rank and involvement in scouting, grasping a sword to show that he is willing to defend his ideals and faith, the very reason the armed noble bird is over a Saint Andrews cross.
