Motto:In Honorem Omnium Patrum Meorum
Design Rationale:
The arms show a three-tower castle that represents the Spanish castle of San Felipe del Morro and the fortress that surrounds the old San Juan. The armiger was born near that castle in a military hospital in the late 1950s. The three pennants are a representation of the American Flag (Blue Pennant), the Puerto Rico flag, represented by the Cross of St George pennant, and the Spanish Flag represented by the Cross of Burgundy (Spanish Military Flag from XVI century up to 1843) pennant. These three flags remain in the highest point of the castle in memory of the island's military history.
